    Am I being investigated?

You are correct. Never ever talk to the police. They are not your friend. Anything you say to a police officer can be used against you in a court of law, period. Be polite, but, never talk, because when you do you give up your 5th ammendment right. When they ask you a question, respond with a...

What area does one 600w HPS cover?

Good question. Anyone know, cause I use a 600 watt in a 2'x4' grow area in a 2'x8'x8' closet. I want to expand into a larger area, just need to know the maximum area for the light.

    Rookie Grow

MG potting soil is fine, no issues, just don't over water and get good light and they will be fine. Check out this plant 6 weeks old topped with UB's topping technique, grown under a 600 watt hps in MG potting soil, never any problems.

    Foliar Feeding

You are so right, most of the folks that have answered here I've already +rep and the system won't let me do it again. This thread/poll is to get opinions more than help. The more opinions the better for a new grower to learn from and decide which way to go. BTW, + rep for your earlier...

Also remember, this is newbie central, a good place to learn what not to do on your first grow. And a moisture meter tends to be more accurate than poking a finger in a pot, unless you have 14 inch fingers that can reach all the way to the bottom of a pot. And as you say lifting a pot to gage...

    Foliar Feeding

As I said before, the plant that I'm talking about in the start of the thread is a totally different plant, my "major plant". Also the thread is to see what everyone thinks about foliar feeding and to see the different trains of thought. I've already got all of my plant issues taken care of...

MG garden soil has no perlite, had to add my own. You're right, my soil mix is a super soil mix. The plants have gotten over the shock of the transplant into the super soil and are doing quite well now.

    First timer with problems

Looks like what happened to me, the lower fan leafs got yellow and died. Nute problems. check out the plant issue threads, might be low nitrogen caused by nute lock up due to pH problems. Anybody got similar or better thoughts after seeing photos?
