I would go with a small canfan or vortex inline fan. They will pull alot of air and keep things cool.

once the same water has been in you system for a few days, and you have adjusted it atleast twice a day to what you want, it usally stays. It shoots up alot when the airstone is first added. PPM isnt effected by air though
