NOt sure abuot where you live, but here you can take a fine like that & see the Justice of the Peace & they will usually work with you. Just because the officer suggests a high fine doesnt mean they will make you pay that much. NOt here in Canada anyways. Little bit of a sad luck story world...

I'd have to dissagree on the HPS has hardly any red. Fark me, when I change the MH bulb from vegging out for the HPS one for budding it makes the room totally pink/red. Now Im not an expert & I have no scale or meter, but Im just talking abuot what I see. Looks pretty damn red to me.

from my own experience you can (I WOULD) lst them & bend them over. That way you can lift the entire plant closer to the light. You will get much better buds lower because of the ligth penetration. Its amazing how when you put them right 90degrees over they start within hours they curl back...
