what are the lumens on those? I looked at some of those a couple of weeks ago at walmart and it seemed that the lumen output was very low; could be wrong though. They have a T5 at AB for $29 (or even cheaper online), includes fixture and bulb. Not sure if they are the HO or not but if they are...
