whati learned is that you never ever want to check your plants every 15 minutes....... just let them do their thing..... just check on them once or twice a day max (for watering and all the shit but dont go do some stuff to try to speed up the growth.... learned the hard way too :(

with the pots you have (peat-moss if im correct) all you need to do is put the pot in some dirt(inside an other pot) .... the humidity and the roots will pass the small pot without a problem or disturbances.... and for transplanting its never too early..... just dont disturb the roots system...
