i'm on on the CFL hate too, i budded a plant with CFL's and the buds sucked. it was slow and this is a entirely new argument that has probably been covered 1000x. boo!
where do spider mites even come from? like what is their natural habitat? they seem to be a big problem but i've never heard much of how to perhaps get rid of them by killing other outdoor plants that may carry them.. or something along those lines?
i remember people mentioning this before christmas. funny you actually tried it. i can see it working, but it will be so very hard to find the exact specs on the LED's you are using.
i'd like to know how it works cause i literally have thousands of LED christmas lights that use little to no power!
i got a 150w halogen work light for christmas for mechanic type reasons... although its bright as stink it's the wrong kind of light and puts off SO MUCH HEAT!, i can literally burn my hand on that thing.
hehe... go CFL's or HPS for sure.
a higher being of some sort. i really don't know. it was a graphic i made awhile back and it came out lookin' a lot more interesting than i had originally made out to create. i love it none the less :)
you can do it, i haven't done it personally.. but i've heard of others putting plants back into 18/6 after 12/12. only problem you'll have to worry about is light poisoning, but that shouldn't be too bad if they haven't been in 12/12 too long.
updated... had some problems with one plant and its stretch getting too close to the light. however the rest are doing well. showing some buds now..
these were started from seed nov. 3rd. they have only been 12/12 for a few weeks
agreed, but in my case i have tried countless amounts of perscriptions and have found a mixture that keeps me balanced out.
indica and sativa can do different things for different people and i understand the harvesting progress.. i think i will try to harvest now accord to the above picture...
