thought i had better update seen as they have made good progress. ALTHOUGH My seedlings have slightly stretched but I just put more soil in the pot and buried the stem. Really needing to get more cfls. I just checked my bulb and its only 1250 lumens :( thought it was better than that. oh well...

now im no expert but for a start it looks as though your plant is over watered dude, giving the leaves that droopy look. Im not quite sure whats going on with those yellow leaves, do you use nutes? maybe a nitrogen deficiency? Shagg:leaf:

yeah 23w of cfl is only going to be enough for a week then they going to need more, I have a small computer fan in my grow box which works quite well. cheers for the reply dude Shagg

OR you could just lower your lights and put reflectors in your grow room and a hood around your light, as long as its not just one cfl or something. Shagg
