the discoloration is right there in front of you, it has to be PH and EC based, is advanced nutrients even suitable for soil? and you can have your nutrients right all the time, but if the ph is out nothings going to work properly are you using the right nutes for the type of water you're using?

you should hook up a removal truck, and ship yourself off to where the power is at a consumer worthy level. have you thought about skylights? diesel generator? solar panels connected to car batteries connected to an invertor? theres ways and means, but you shouldnt have to do this!
