Hi guys just need to an opinion on my seedlings there are around 2 and half 3 weeks old iv put them in like cups just to start them off i am using 2 cfls 120v true and 40 v they just are not growing at all :( i got told it could be due to overwaterin so i layed right off watering for last week...

hey guys just took some new pics today of the lady see what you think? It just hit 3 weeks flower today iv noticed its growing like nearly a inch a day high still it just hit 20 inchs. i noticed a white mark on one of lower leaves i took a pic anyways. Let me no what you think of plant anyway...
