First off how much money do you have to spend? A proper room that size will take at least a couple thousand dollars to get completely up and running. And what were your past "experiments"? Results?

I've been running a 600 over a 4x4 area for a long time, and it covers just fine as long as you contain the light (mines in the corner of the room and I hang a 3ft tall piece of panda on the open side). I guarantee you will get more yield covering 16 sq. feet instead of 9. Almost twice the area

Just read through this whole thread, looking good! The one thought I had was that seems like a crazy amount of light for that sq. footage... It works out to like 80 watts per, I would be curious to see if you could get the same results using like 3/4 of that amount
