yeah, they both have inline fans venting the air out. air is around 80-85 degrees. not too bad but id like to get it down a bit. but for vegging i have my mothers in a separate closet which isnt vented so t-5s might be better.

SOG is sweet.. but its only convenient and manageable with hydro or aero. ebb and flow is perfect for SOG IMO. an aounce is a high estimate though. shoot for 1/4-1/2 ounce each plant and you might be happier with the results.
