I have a 400w hilux bulb and a sunburst cool reflecter need to know the best and cheapest way to keep it cool if possible.....and the holes on the reflecter are 6in I tried to look for 6in ducting at home depot and the didnt have it they only got 4in for dryers......

I'm on my first grow and I've been useing the recipe for secuess starter kit It works good just wanna know if there is any other recipes I can use that will do a lil better....I also have the general hydro nutes I read on here awhile back about this lucas formula with those nutes...I havnt...
