I always use 1 cfl until the third set of leaves come out and then put better or more lights

you dont need that much yet , just 1 cfl is fine until it gets bigger and 10-15 cm is fine

maybe its like that because its looking for light , my last seedling i left it next to the window and when i woke up it was like yours because of the sun . If you want it to get straight just put a cfl 10cm above the plant and it will be fine :)

if you read something about "garlic water with pepper" homemade , dont use that shit it fucked up my plant , use neem oil or but mighty wash

the best thing to do if you have nice seeds , put them in wet paper towel keep it humid , after 1 week the first leaves will come out and thats the time you put it in soil :)
