The bug looks like fungus gnats , search on google :D

I agree with everything you said except "if a seedling has branch's straight across from each other it's a male." every seedling has branchs straight across from each other when its "immature".

Neem oil you can get almost anywhere ,they are organic, cheap and they wont harm your plant.

I use Miracle-Gro All Purpose , you decide which one you want to use :)

In california its legal i guess lol , their seeds are very good , 1 week flowering no signs and i guess i will have to wait for 2 full weeks aswell xD
