Seems this thread never got an answer. 6500k is best for veg. Although had a hard time finding them at the store. Ended up getting 5000k CFLs also.

Well I studied the bulbs that I was using and found that they were 2700k which is bad for veg. So now I have my re-vegging female and one seedling under CFL's with 5000k. The other seedling I am going to keep under the 2700k. They're all in the same small box so hopefully they'll all benefit...
