Is this grown from seed? They seem to take longer to finish than clones. What is the % of red pistils? I'd say 3 weeks if you have already been flowering for 10 weeks.

My tan dream foxtailed... I think sativas are morlikely to foxtail than indicas. And some sativas are more likely to do it than others. Heard sub say one time that sativas that are under too much light tend to foxtail. Which I believe, my tan dream was under a 1000 watt for 2 weeks by herself...

It's really tough to tell with this pic. All the pistils still look alive, I'd say 3-5 weeks. Just a guess tho

Can you adjust the lights in it to get them cfls closer to the seedling?

I don't necessarily do a complete flush, but I always work in a one or two straight pH adjusted waterings before feeding again.
