11 gallons of soil is overkill for 8 oz's. There is absolutely no need to go bigger, it would just be wasting huge amounts of soil and water.

That is small. At 2 weeks it should be starting it's 4th set of true leaves and also have little branches poking out of the crotches. I suspect your lighting may not be adequate. How about the ph of the water you are giving them?

Can't tell from those small pictures. But when the majority of the pistils are turning you want to be watching the trichomes with a microscope or loupe. When the majority of the trichomes are cloudy with a small percentage turning amber it's time to harvest.

Looks like you have 3+ weeks left from that pic, but it's hard to tell. And flushing is a myth. It won't help the flavor, the nutrients aren't stored in the buds. Give them more food to maximize your yield.

It's not the "thc not showing", it's the trichomes. And you can have super frosty trichome covered buds with low thc and buds without much in the way of frosty trichomes that are packed with thc. Don't go by looks alone on what the thc level is going to be.

Be patient young padawan. Give them plenty of flowering food. They still have at least 6-8 weeks left.

You have that dome on them with moisture inside, that will raise the humidity. With all that moisture on the dome the humidity has to be higher than the hygrometer says.

Mine have never died in low humidity. And even though your hygrometer is brand new, that doesn't mean it's accurate.

Good led's like Quantum Boards aren't quite as good as people say. Not saying that they are bad, they are good lights. But led users tend to exaggerate their performance. I have a 260W hlg quantum board and it is not quite as good as a 400W hps. In my opinion you will need ~75-80% led wattage...

I wouldn't recommend transplanting at this stage, just let it go. It also looks like you are only using maybe 2 1/2 gallons of those 5 gallon buckets at most, fill them up to within an inch of the top next time so that you are actually using 5 gallons. As for the lights, do you have those...

1 plant vegged for 6 weeks will engulf that size tent. With the lighting you have, maybe 2 plants for 4-5 weeks. Or if you were to scrog one plant, but the veg will be much longer.

Watt for watt they are identical in cooling requirements.

It's not needed. And I don't recommend it on buds. They get enough moisture thru the roots.
