yes. GO to 1000bulbs.com and order a 1000w ballast. u have to wire it yourself and build it a box but its realy not that much work. and its under a 100 dollars

turn the light off wait forr it to cool and take out the bulb and replace the 400w bulb never use a ballast with a bulb its not rated for.

its actualy way easy if you can grow weed you can brew beer. But dont try to mix the two, although hops and mary jane are cousins they dont brew the same, tried it and it was horible. I guess i could experiment more but that will come later. The only other thing i could see that would go wrong...
