I gutted the whole thing first, then left the TV screen as is. Spray painted it white then mylared the whole inside.

My boy said the same thing. But I upgraded to a Flat screen and that TV is in my bedroom...

Totally gutted.. And it fits together perfect, only light leak is from the cord coming out of the back...
