What you need to work out is the ventilation for the size of your grow room, not the light. Vent the heat of the room with ducting and an in-line fan (for example) but have an oscillating fan blowing just below your light so it doesn't heat up your plants. Its all about circulation.

Don't worry about the size of your buds yet, its the last 2-3 weeks that they start to put on a lot of weight and puff up. Shouldn't get a lot more growth now as the plant will be concentrating on growing them buds so expect just a few more inches, say about 4-6 I would guess but who knows...

Ive heard some use superthrive to help reduce the effects of stress, you could try some of that if your worried but I dont use it myself.

You can only do what you can to not stress the plants. Once stressed they have to recover on their own and you have to do what you can to not stress them more. Signs can be stunted growth, wilting and of course turning hermi. But I rearly am sure you will be fine, breath easy.

Got it the wrong way round there, sorry, if the light came on early I would have turned it off and then insured 12 hours darkness from that point onwards. The dark period is so important when flowering.

When in flower the important part is to have undisturbed absolute darkness for at least 12 hours. If my light went off early I would leave them off for the next 12 hours to reduce shock risk. But as you said it only went wrong once so you should be fine.

You need to check PH. If you havnt got the tools then get them. If you havn't got the PH in control it is nearly impossible to diagnose problems. PH problems can show as nutrient defficency, burning, and other problems, I cant stress enough how important it is to get your PH right.

If your vegging it wont matter at all. If your flowering it could have an adverse effect, but as it was only once for a short while and not going to be repeated then I wouldn't worry, you should be fine.
