Why not at least start some clones that you can carry to your new home? You will only get a headache by smoking straight leaves - not worth your time.

If they are autos, and you are over 30 days in you will yield almost nothing once those re-veg for two or three weeks. I would start over, and not waste time and money on something that will give you no return. The fan leaves won't give you anything worth smoking.

You can get CFL bulbs in grow or bloom spectrums. Extra light can't hurt - put the CFL bulbs in areas that your MH does not hit well.

Overwatering can slow growth quite a bit. Are they a nice dark green? How many, and what wattage on the lights? Oh - and don't cut any leaves off.

If it is a clone from a mature plant, then it too is mature. This does not mean it will continue flowering, only that it is mature.

You are probably just seeing pre-flowers which appear when your plant is mature.

Another plant could be the hermi, and this one was pollinated and showed seeds first. I would check all of the plants in the grow area for signs of being male/hermi.
