i live in iceland. How will my plants flower if i only use Fluorescent light? i´m trying to grow blueberry got them already to about 6 cm in 1 week since i put my seeds in wet paper.

I live in middle of no where and cant find any place to buy lights or fans,no shop here sells them and no page on the net sends them to where i am,do anyone know any place on the web that i could check out? cant find any using google.
