hey dont mean to be rude but im doing cfl also and was wondering if i have my lights on from 630pm to 130pm thats 18 hrs. since it turns off at 130 can i put them out side to get the most it can out of the sun? i am also doing LST in my stealth rubbermaid grow box.

i have a rubbermaid stealth grow setup and i was wondering how long do i veg my clones for before i can start to flower them??? they are on 18/6 right now and i just started yesterday. i am also doing the LST on them. also can i use foil to reflect the light?
