Semi-Annual "Follow-Up" and Additional Fee? for Patient Certification?

You mis-read the letter. It says a recommendation must be good for one year. It does not say the DR can't charge for a 6 month visit. Try to get one of your "normal" doctors to issue the recommendation. You should at least ask. I have been seeing more patients lately that have been issued a...

Need to relocate to a med state! Soon!

I am a caregiver in the lewiston area. I moved to Maine about three years ago. Property is pretty cheap. You can open carry in Maine without a permit, if you are not a felon. Income tax is 8.5% and sales tax is 5%. That sucks. The MJ laws are not bad...

Semi-Annual "Follow-Up" and Additional Fee? for Patient Certification?

I think a lot of the unnecessary test and procedures are the things the medical industry know the insurance companies won't question. If the insurance companies didn't cover those tests and procedures 100%, the doctors wouldn't request them nearly as much. If the patient had to pay part of the...

Semi-Annual "Follow-Up" and Additional Fee? for Patient Certification?

Insurance companies are a big part of the reason the medical industry is so messed up in this country. I applaude any doctor that is not willing to deal with insurance companies. But if you want to go thru the hassle of dealing with an insurance company, you can try to get them to pay for the...

Semi-Annual "Follow-Up" and Additional Fee? for Patient Certification?

Has the condition you went to the Dr for cleared up? Any legitimate Dr would want to follow up with the patient after they reccommend a treatment. That is standard proceedure for real doctors. Script mill doctors won't care about the follow up. Maybe that is what you are looking for.

I haven't had a problem with it, even when I reuse media. I just make sure I flush well, and I don't run nutes super strong. 1200 ppm is my high end.

WCM- Is the wellness connection of maine really about wellness??

I don't doubt there are caregivers charging the same prices as dispensaries. I need to start charging more, because I have been selling my top end stuff for $250 a zip.
