You can use an air cooled hood with an inline fan, and put the inlet of the fan(with carbon filter or not) at the top of the tent, and a passive intake at the bottom. That will take care of your fresh air problems, and your heat problems.

With that kind of light your plants should look way different. You did something wrong somewhere. They should be way more dense than they are. I am guessing some sort of vegging issue. Lights to high or something.
