I have used it. I no longer use it and instead use Botannicare's Pure Blend Grow Pro. When using the buddah grow make sure to use microorganisms and bacteria (Try Roots Organic Oregonism, I use and very good results) to prevent root rot. Also I would use Hydrozyme. Good Luck :)

I flush once two weeks before, then one week before and when I water in between I use Black Strap molasses at the same rate per gallon I use all the way through 1 Tbs

For soil I use Fox Farm's Ocean Forest Potting Soil. It has the lowest metal count on the market :)

In my opinion its enough, but I think you should use cfls (I recommend using clamp lights).

IMO spray veg plants with Liquid Karma by Botannicare.

I recommend mixing peppermint and water and spraying the base of the plant with that and then putting up the sticky yellow tape. It has never failed me :)

That kind of looks like root rot, my friend. How often were you getting her wet? Take a look at the roots and see if they look like black goo.
