well if its got preflowers from switching to 12/12, how long have they been visible, it most liekly jsut took a few weeks to show sex because of lwo lighting and genetics, but if it has now shown preflowers, it shouldnt be a week or so beffore you see buds begining to form, and yes photos please

ONE problem is bugs, somthings been munching on a few of your leaves as for other issues i dont have any hydro experience, but they do have a lil bug problem

it defiantly has a cal/mag def, so you will need to obtain some nutes for that the other strange things are not from CFL burn, not quite sure what they are from personally =/, could be mold as stated ^^

lol u posted about topping, when toping refers to veg growth to obtain 2 or 4 main colas, his "lol fail" was validated :D:D and yep, you can stagger the harvest to get each bud at its prime :)
