Fungus Gnats just 2 weeks till chop

Fungus gnats wont affect the plants much at all. to control fungus gnats and other dipterans you should remove ALL standing water and let your media/soil etc etc dry down. Fungus gnats are almost always a sign that you are over watering. you can release a predatory mite such as hypoaspis...

What are these bugs under my leaves?

aphids dont 'hatch' during the season. They reproduce A sexualy. they are also parthenogenetic. 100% of those aphids are female and guess what, there all born pregnant. you only get males and thus eggs when they are forced to move because of lack of food, overpopulation, and cold weather etc.

Need help to identify some bugs !!!

He was referring to a kind of pesticide that's really strong (gnarly) since your still in veg and one that's systemic. Systemic pesticides persist in the soil/plant for a longer period of time because they are taken up by & in the plant. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pesticide

    cat sand for thrips?!

Thrips dont lay eggs in the soil. They have a weird sudo pupal stage in the soil. Sand wont help all that much on its own, if at all. http://www.ipm.ucdavis.edu/PMG/PESTNOTES/pn7429.html http://urbangardenmagazine.com/2010/11/predators-amblyseius-cucumeris-vs-thrips/

? about interrupting 2-3 days of darkness before harvest

It depends on your reason for 2-3 days of darkness. plants will notice light, even if its a camera flash and then complete darkness. if its over the ~5lumens or what ever the number is your plants can tell. The way plants determine day/night is an 'instant' process...

Need help to identify some bugs !!!

If you have some give it a shot. Neem doesn't work all that well once its a full on infestation & neem can work well as a deterrent. Dig around as much as you can in the pots & try and find out just how many their are. Ive seen pots that have an infestation on only one side or a corner etc.
