    aeroponics clone help

I grow from clone to harvest with Aero and here is what works for me. Ditch that honey and get a good rooting gel like Clonex, this would be the biggest thing. Use reverse osmosis water and adjust PH to 5.5. Cover the clones and keep the humidity high for the first 3-4 days...around 75-80%...

Newbie lighting lumens per square foot question

Which is 30,000 lumens per sq/ft....what the thread was talking about....anything over 8000 or so for 12 hours is asking for trouble....heat issues, light bleaching, and deficiency...I run air cooled t5s at about 7000-7500 lumens per sq/ft and see nice results.....just my 2 cents

Testing the Aerolife True HPA AA (Air Atomized) System -First run

Just seems the net cups restrict the mist......and the fine mist is what you would want for the plants to take off...just my 2 cents!

Testing the Aerolife True HPA AA (Air Atomized) System -First run

Hey Trichy...got a ?....what is the mist size on that thing? Got me thinking....why not stick those cuttings/ plants in a neo collar instead of using the net cup and rockwool(?)...wouldn't that take advantage of the mist size and maximize the coverage around the root/stem?

    True HP Aero For 2011

Its possible....its a fermentation process....compost teas do similar things....just need lots of air stones and a sealed air tight root chamber...my 2 cents

Now that is sexy....buds and boobs. Can't get much better than that.

    True HP Aero For 2011

I've had pretty good success cloning so far....just make sure environment is dialed in....higher res temps near 72-73....stick cuttings under domes with airstones in water....cool air temps around 65-68....use 2ft aquarium bulbs 24/7... this has all helped for me

Are you going to clone with your set-up?

    True HP Aero For 2011

I've found my strain likes hot and dry conditions with long feeding times, and cooler humid conditions with the shorter feeding times. My CGE is definately trying my patience.....gonna run a swamp cooler during veg and a/c during flower. I've found that root pruning definately helps the...

    True HP Aero For 2011

Thats exactly what I did, soak them early, get a good root structure, nice long spaghetti noodles, then cut back the times and watched them fuzz out. I'm researching and experimenting alot with root structure, root pruning, feeding times, and environmental conditioning and how that all effects...

    True HP Aero For 2011

Not as good as Mike's pom pom's, but mine are really filling out after changing the timing on the feedings. Saw really nice results after only 4 days.

AeroJunkie's High Pressure Air-Assisted Hydro-Atomized Aeroponic System (HPAAHAAS)

Ha ha....I had to learn the hard way as I'm sure everyone here does. Also with water temps and root health....a water chiller made life so much easier as well. That meter and chiller are as vital as my light system is.

AeroJunkie's High Pressure Air-Assisted Hydro-Atomized Aeroponic System (HPAAHAAS)

Sorry Trichy...late night insomnia...thought everyone was referring to those $30 pens that did either PH or EC/PPM. My bad. I do have the Nutrition Dip and love it. Hasn't failed me yet so just throwing in my 2 cents. Don't mean to come off as controversial either...I'm sorry.

AeroJunkie's High Pressure Air-Assisted Hydro-Atomized Aeroponic System (HPAAHAAS)

Oxygen can only come from water through the process of electrolysis where a current is put through water to release separate gases of hydrogen and oxygen. If you run air stones and air pumps...your only pumping the air in the room inside the grow chamber...no more and no less.on the same hand...

AeroJunkie's High Pressure Air-Assisted Hydro-Atomized Aeroponic System (HPAAHAAS)

You have a young plant there...what is your air temp, humidity level, and co2 level? What is your root zone temp and humidity level?

AeroJunkie's High Pressure Air-Assisted Hydro-Atomized Aeroponic System (HPAAHAAS)

I have been reading this thread...very good stuff....but why do you need the nozzles to supply the air? Only seconds a minute? Continuous availability to O2 levels seems more adequate...just a thought.

AeroJunkie's High Pressure Air-Assisted Hydro-Atomized Aeroponic System (HPAAHAAS)

Sorry man....Tri-meter.....3 in one...PH, PPM, and Temp....they have them all around....about 140 bucks give or take but it is so worth it! It is continuous and the calibration solution is cheap! It helps out so much!
