so your saying by installing these on top of every plant would make me not have to water them as much as you would say like 1 time every 2-3 weeks? it says it repels grass and weeds and letting air and water hit the roots? and lake water is effceient enough to water the plants with?

hey. so i am growing about 10-12 plants this year. i have 7 or so germinating and 3 that are about a week or two old. im going to explain how im going to do it and maybe you can perfect and change some of my ways or even give me your opinion regarding what i am doing is all.
