it should be ok transfering it inside, dont want to shock it with the immediate sunlight, but its worth a shot... if it is healthy then it will get through it.

very risky..the odor gets very strong try and find a spot in the woods around your campus where it gets enough of the essentials (light, water, etc.) and grow it there. just keep it a secret or someone will steal it, and make sure no one sees you just wondering in the woods haha. good luck

you can keep your mom in the veg stage so it will keep producing clones (assuming you are cloning it) if you dont want to keep it in veg you can always flower it and get some bud.... it doesnt have to be under a light bulb, it can go out in a greenhouse, but it does need light, if it is growing...

i've had roughly 20 seeds in just a zip loc now for about 3 months, they seem fine, nice and green. I just recently planted some and they are doing fine. I'm not sure the MAX time the seeds will last. Try not to expose them to air/water etc.

they arent completely uselss, you can make hash as you said, but if it is a small grow you wont get much hash. you can smoke them but you wont get high...and they taste bad, the ones i smoked anyway.
