Yep. I just did the same. Germinated in papertowl + heatmat... Then moved them into rockwool and under a dome... I removed the dome after they appeared. After about a week I moved them into hydroton netcups.

Nevermind. I went ahead and put them under lights (2 x 23 watts in a rubbermaid tote with cpu fans and lined with mylar) and so far they seem to like it. It's only been about 3-4 hours, but the cotyledons have changed from yellow to green on all 5 soon-to-be seedlings.
