my plant is a week old and it stuck it doz not wana grow any more.............(click on the pic)

i need help on how do i put together an hps sistem. cuase i find the ligth but not a socket for it and i dont kwon anything about a balast....this is what i got now

is not just cause is purple or get u high but the exsitment of gorwing somethig beautifull or ... just look at this.....and that is just what i can upload

ok i got 4 mj plant an they are 1 week old. theres anyway to make them purple?cuase i really don't have te way to getr any purple strain or seed
