ALL POSTS ARE WAY OFF... Its a magnesium deficiency. Not nutes and humidity. Nutes would burn the tips, this is the inner leaf burning in spots. Magnesium or epsom salts will fix. just a small teaspoon every few gallons of water, just once. Should go away.

They are pretty resilient, as long as they didn't freeze you should be ok. Seeds need warmth the germinate properly so likely you've just slowed the germinationn down. Not a good way to start though.

Definately a mg deficiency... easy fix. Go get some Epsom Salts, like 3 bucks maybe, (Bath salt, not purfumed) from the pharmacy and put a couple teaspoons in your res at about 10ml/10gal or so. You don't need much at all. It should help out. But make sure your PH is good after you add it...

Bend it over, it will bush and there will be less shock to the plant to figure out whats happening. They are pretty strong and resilient, bending them is not going to shock them nearly as bad as topping. Good Luck.

Next time bend them over, you'd be surprised how quickly a cola plant turns into a good bush good for a mother or for a scrog'r... In my experience the shock from taking off a top is far more time consuming than bending which is very little to no shock at all while accomlishing the same job...

Oh yeah, firstly you need to pull those lights back a few inches at least. You want them to grow to the light, not cook in it.
