I dont have the answer to your question... but today i just spent 80$ on a 1590 cfm 8" inline... a store called harbor freight, it's not a very common store so dont know if u could find one..

It is possible they're sayin this because late flowering doesnt require or want alot of nitrogen... if i'm not mistaken the pro bloom has a healthy dose of it, and that might not be usefull.. either way the foxfarm will do the job and keep your girls goin strong.. I personally swith my pro bloom...
