    Day 71 of 12/12, am I close?

Its really hard to get a good look at trichs with anything less than 60x zoom. You can get a REALLY nice 10 dollar 60-100x pocket scope from any Radio Shack. Its gonna be really hard to tell without one. To me, if I seen a pic or only your fan leaves I would stay chop now, but the pics of the...

I could use some electricity help

Hopefully you can help me! Im living in a new(new to me) home. I have a very VERY basic knowledge of electricity and its working. I understand Amp/Volts/Watts and how they relate. I also understand my circuits are 15-20 Volts all labeled in the Circuit Box. What I have been trying to...

dying leaves, but plant still growing...(miracle grow)

MG Soil has way too many built in nutes to put a seedling straight into. It will stunt and burn it hard. Would be best to start over with a healthy seed and dont put into MG until a first transplant. That is if you still feel like using MG.

    Ph question

I have been growing in pure cocoa and my girls are about 6 weeks and 14 inches tall. Im using F F organic nutes. I learned last night after some research that I hadn't flushed nearly enough and my nutes had built up in the soil. I always water with 6.2ish ph, but my run off I found to be 5 or...

Bit of an issue. Pic inside

I think I may have figured it out. "Problems with Nitrogen being locked out by PH troubles. Waterlogged soil and Soil with low organic matter." I definitely have a low organic soil since it is pure cocoa. Also from same posting: "Now if you added to much chemical nutrients and or organics...

Bit of an issue. Pic inside

I kinda think/thought PH too, but I check and double check every bit of water that goes into the soil for a 6.2ish PH. If it were a nutrient lockout it would have to be a pretty minor nute at the rate in which the leaves are dying. I have only lost like 2 full nodes of fans in the last month...

Bit of an issue. Pic inside

Plants are 20-22 inches away from 600w HD. All around 12 inches tall and a bit over a month old. Receiving around 10k lumen. They are getting fed with the Fox Farms main trio, and also a supplement for the FF line. Planted in pure cocoa. Now! I am having this issue where these spots are...

Can HPS lights make plants appear to be yellow?

Turn ur hps off, and then get a normal daylight bulb in a lamp for something and see what color they are.

    Alternating Node Question

Bushing out much more. Ah... I didnt really think about this. It has prolly just been using its energy to bush out instead of grow vertivally. Maybe the question I should be asking is how to encourage more vertical growth rather then bushy growth for now.

    Alternating Node Question

Do you know if the slower growth would be related to the nodes alternating? They seem to have slown down so much since they started doing that. I would like to keep them vegging, but not if they are going to be growing that slow.

    Alternating Node Question

My plants are around 1 month old from seed. They were under about 165w of CFL lights for the first 3 weeks. They have now been under a 600w HD on a 20/4 cycle for a week. They are sitting around 20-22 inches away recieving somewhere in the range of 7-12k lumens. Two of the plants have...

Anyone ever seen a plant like this? Quadnoder?!

I have seen some mutated plants get 3 fan leaves and bud sites per node, but have you ever seen 4?! I noticed this branch a few days ago and just thought it seemed to have a TON of leaf growth compared to other nodes. So I then LST'd some to get that node a bit more light. Now today I seen it...

T5 or CFL Or straight to MH

Do you know how the T5's work? Im trying to find a bit of info right now but failing. I mainly am wondering exactly how many watts/lumens they put off over their surface. Would my single fixture of 2 42w tubes be enough for plants? Does it put of equal lumens over the distance of the bulb...

T5 or CFL Or straight to MH

Heres my question I currently have a cfl hood I made that can hold 180ish watts of cfl light over a 2ft x 1.5ft area. OR 1 (or 2 if I need to go take the other down) T5 fixture with 2x 42w bulbs in it. OR straight under mh 600? Plants range from just popped to 2 weeks

    Club 600

AGH! This is why I asked here =P I had totally forgotten, but yes, yes I did spill a couple dribbles. Was watering with a 1/4 cup measuring thing and I remember tipping it and had to tip it so much that those fan leaves like went inside the cup. So I did get some of the water with the nut...

    Nute burn, or a deficiency

Thanks for answer, but no thanks Coco is pretty amazing.... Ph is very steady also.. Medi: Yeah I am the type that lets it get nearly all dry, but I also do keep very close tabs to make sure they never dry out too long. She gets some plain water this morning anyway, so im going to just give...
