Hairs growing in the middle of shade leaf stem but only at the top

I built what I call my hydrobed. They are 6" deep I guess most would call it dwc. They get consant air from a 70lpm air pump and are on a drip system as well. No, they aren't like the pics here. These hairs are growing up the stem of the fan leaf. My camera didn't take a good enough pic but I...

I got 1 for you all. This is the 2nd time this has happen to me. I have a plant and on the 2 upper shade leaf there are a series of white hairs growing from the middle of the stem. It's between the stake and the actual leaf itself. This plant is about a week from harvest, the budz are small and...

How do I keep my OS5 Airstone at the bottom of my 5gal bucket?

The silicone only cost a $ at the dollar store and as long as you don't get it on roots you're ok. I did mine w/hydro in it and my babies are fine. It don't hurt the nuke either. I have a 4'x8'x8" bed with a pond liner I bought new. I use a 400watt light on a lightrail. My babies are in 3"...

How do I keep my OS5 Airstone at the bottom of my 5gal bucket?

100% silicone. You can use it while in the h2o. The put a weight of some kind to hold it in place for about 1/2 hr.

Is this plant too young to clone?

I raise White Widow and I not only topped mine but cut the lowers off at the same time. It will take a few days to start to recover and start growing again but you'll be please with the out come. My babies seem to get better growth as I take clones from each plant.

    From Bubbleponics to hydrobedponics

I went from bubbleponics (which you wouldn't believe what I used) to a hydrobed, and the difference between growth and quantities. When I 1st started out I was using 1/2 gal milk jugs and lime rock gravel right off the gravel road I live on. Yes, I rinsed them off, and I grew some fairly good...

how much light does a male need

The best thing to do is put your male in flowering for 2 to 3 weeks at 12/12. Then put him back in veg to reveg it. It will still produce the pollen balls and you can cut off a few just to sprinkle some on 1 or 2 budz. While you have it in reveg cut off the stems that grow the pollen balls, that...

    Veg clone vs flowering clone

That sucks loosing 15 babies. I don't like tossing a plant unless it just flat dies. I've been growing a long time but never liked change or experimenting but here lately I have tried new things and I keep learning. Some of the things I read don't always work out the way I want but they do work...

    Veg clone vs flowering clone

I've cloned a vegging plant and a flowering plant and I've come to the conclusion that cloning a vegging plant gives a better yield. As far as growing a quicker bud a flowering clone is best. But, you'll only get 1-4" to 8" bud per plant and it takes 4 to 6 clones to equal 1 vegging clone plant...

    Cloning Problems

I should explain what I'm using. I'm using peat cubes soaked in warm h2o to start. I am using Shultz root power. When I put them in the tray I put about 1/4" to 1/2" h2o in the tray and then put on the dome. I leave the dome twisted around just enough to leave a 1/4" gap on the corners. The leaf...

    Cloning Problems

I've got a problem. My clones are about 2 days old and the bottom part of the stem is turning brown and 2 have wilted over about 1/2" above the medium. I'm thinking that it may be too much (standing )water or the fact that I watered with diluted 1/4 strenghth hydro juice. anyone got any help...

Bubbleponics is so easy a3rd grader can do it. I use 1/2 gal and 1 gal milk jugs with crush gravel as my medium. I have aquarium air pumps, tubing and air splitters to deliver oxygen to the roots. I'm harvesting every month and get 1 - 2 ozs a plant. And I'm using 400 watt mh/hps lights. 24 hr...

Roseman and purpdaddys guide for my Bubbleponics setup from Stealth Hydroponics

From what I read there are different forms of bubbleponics. What I use is a 1 gallon clean milk jug, 2 pcs of 2 foot aquarium air hose and a aquarium pump. You can run 4 airlines from 1 single air pump. I get the medium crushed gravel (rinsed real good) to fill the jug with and peat cubes. With...

    1 out of 12

I've bought from 2 seedbanks and I have one bad one and one good one. The first one is Amsterdamseedbank.com: this is a excellent choice here, it takes a little time to get them but that's to be expected. I'd say 2 week to 6 weeks is all it takes for delivery. All of the seeds were viable. I've...
