You can't grow them outside in the winter in Northern Europe... it gets cold as f00k and your plants will end up dying, even some summernights can kill your plants because it sometimes drops to under 6 Celcius or even lower. Hard to tell without any pictures as greenthumbsucker said, but it kinda sounds like you have to flush it out properly, maybe change your ph to 6.5?

Back then the Thc percentage was about 5% when you grow now its like 25% really depends on the strain, but I'm sure you can find some oldschool strain out there, and maybe look at the reviews so you can get an overview of what kind of high you'll get.

A compost tea would greatly benefit the plant too.
