Its so weird, i meet people all the the time who have the most tragic things happen in their lives, and they somehow manage to be happier than anyone else i know. Then some people have a relatively small thing happen and it sends them over the edge. I guess everyone has a different tolerance

Mental health is important!! It seems guilt is a huge factor in all these addictions, specifically, guilt for something they didnt do, which cant be healed easily
