Start feeding nutes when the first leaves (the 2 round ones) brown an fall off. the seeds have their own nutes to help support the plant while it's a seedling. So you shouldn't have to feed for at least a couple weeks. Good Luck.

Sorry to hear about your plants dude. I think when transplanted the soil should always be damp and it's good to water again when finished, just don't drown the plant. The plants may come back depending on how bad they are, might just be extreme shock from the transplant into a new soil.
