i give my plants a solid 5 weeks (or more) in their final pots (#10 hard pots for 7 real gallons of soil)

when doing a super soil style grow, it is best to transplant to the final pot as early as possible. its all about the root mass.

I started a 10 pack about 2 weeks ago. 100% germination and I will post photos when they start to flower. I also have some Chernobyl x spacejill via nugbuckets that are in root cubes right now, they should make it into 1 gal pots later on today :)

yeah i topped each plant right above the second node and did no further training. chernobyl stretched significantly more.

no more jillybean? bummer... i just ordered up a 5 pack to hold onto just in case something ever happens to the cut i currently keep...

they finished in 60 to 65 days for me.

the smell will start to fade after it has "cooked" for a few weeks. also, too much moisture in your soil can cause things to get pretty rank.

some food for though... while my jillybean cut produces outstanding flowers and yields plenty of bud, her trim yields the least amount of hash of any plant I have ever grown. try another strain...

I have a very colorful plushberry cut that smells nice and smokes pretty good but I wouldn't deticate my whole grow to it. my next production cycle will be just jillybean and spacedawg (selected clones though). I just popped a 10 pack of skellington myself...

if you make an 8 bag batch of soil you will need more than 2x20gal trash cans to store it all. a batch of soil that size will fill 4x32gal trash cans with about 6 inches of room left in each.

thanks for the help on the shipping ideas fellas. yes i understand that shipping clones is illegal, but technically growing or possessing pot in any way shape or form is illegal on a federal level... and i think we can all agree the feds can shove it.

hey nerds, any of you have experience shipping clones or cuttings? I have a friend in Cali that wants to hook me up with a couple clone-only's and I'm not sure how to advise him on the shipping method. I will have the option of rooted clones or fresh cuttings.

I disagree. 50% super soil in a 4x4 bed is 60 gallons of super soil (if your bed is 12 inches deep). with that much ss and a short veg I can't see you burning up all the nutrition. for comparison, 5 gallons of ss will get 1 heavey feeding plant through an 8 week veg and 9 week bloom with plain...
