Hey Guys, In the summer here, it can get in the 100 - 105 range. Is it ok to let the tea brew in the heat? I know heat breeds bacteria but I also know too much heat can kill the microbes when making compost. If the heat is ok, can I brew for 5 - 7 days (I will be using airstones). Thanks, MGL
