Until the roots are nice and healthy but not restricted by the cups. I was thinking 1 1/2 weeks to a month. These are new strains for me but as you can see by my next update (the one I am writing after this post), They are doing phenomenal.

Quick update (no pics) right after the lights shut off, my g/f checked the ladies and I apparently have 5 sprouts popping up :hump: She said one is white, not green. Is that typical? Never had it happen. Welcome aboard :joint:
