Make sure your desk top lamp isn't one where the bulb is recessed inside the fixture as cfls release light from the sides and not the tips/ends. Kushie

They look totally fine to me. With Mg- you will usually see yellowing of the leaf in between the veins of the leaf. P- you will usually see deepening, Purpling but also necrotic spots on the leaves. I see neither. Kushie

The curling makes me think it could be heat or previously pinched leaves. But bumps make me think mites, or white powdery mildew starting. I'd check em good with magnification and make sure you don't have any critters and ensure good air ventilation will help with any heat or mildew issues...
