Does anyone know of a good site that sells fan/scrubber combos that work well and are reasonably priced??

Can I use one fan to "scrubb" the air and cool my hood as well or do I need two fans?

Would it be too much stress on my plants to transplant them into larger pots and switch from 250w MH to a 1000w MH on the same day??
