6500K is the spectrum you want for veg with fluorescent lighting not 5500K. And coco is an inert soilless medium and therefore you use hydro nutrients with it and should never add bat guano or any other additives meant for soil.

I am following the Light feeding schedule from the Canna website. My pH going in right now is about 6-6.2 and the runoff is about 5.8. I cant imagine it being an oxygen issue since coco is one of the best mediums for aeration.
