Worry about drying/curing when the plant is into flowering so dont worry about that now. Nutes are nutrients so you wont need to worry about that until i'd say week 5. PH levels in the water want to be checked for optimal growing (Get a ph water tester at petco its only 8 bucks for 150 tests)...

Well bury them up to their neck already! Get some pots, give them soil, then they will grow big and strong

Your first question is if they are feminized then yes they are 100% female (Well it's like 99% female 1% hermy). The second question ya dude your totally strait with the 24/0 light cycle, once the first set of serrated leaves come out I usually switch it to 18/6 to get a better root structure.
