They don’t look starved to me. Looks like maybe they were root bound at one point. New growth looks good though. You don’t need to add nutes with FFOF for 4-5 weeks. Watch your pH with it though. When it loses it pH buffering capacity, 5-6 weeks the pH drops.

Yup. Pushing loads of white stamens, you can’t check the trichs on the calyxes because they aren’t swollen yet. The whole plant looks young and fresh. When she is ready she’ll look old and tired. And you need to back way off on the Nitrogen. The clawing of the leaves you see is N tox starting.

Have you switched over to bloom fertilizer. I looks like Low K. The growing tips and buds are pulling from the lower leaves.

Yeah, it makes sense the plant can only store so much carbohydrate. Not sure about the 10.5 vs 12, I think his thinking is that the extra 1.5 hours during flower will give bigger yields.

Light intensity in not linear. The intensity is proportional the inverse of distance squared. So in your case if you reduce the output by 1/2 and reduce the distance by 1/2 the light intensity is doubled. change in light intensity (0.5) / change in distance squared (0.5 x0.5= 0.25). 0.5/0.25=2.
