Give them some food. Molasis and water don't have the elements the plants need.

At 3 weeks they should be pretty much established. Once you stick them into flower they will continue to veg for a good week or so before they start to flower. then they will continue to grow for a good four weeks before they put all that energy into flowering.

Can't help with the odor control since I just vent out the roof. It sounds like you would be cutting it pretty close on your harvest. I would shorten the veg by a week. since 8 weeks is really no more than an estimate. Could go 9 , 10 or ?

Good with the fans. You can keep one gently blowing across the plants 24/7. Really helps strengthen those stems. They just a little lanky to me. If you can get your light a little closer, I think it would help out alot.
