Ok ive been looking all over the internet and there is all kinds of seed banks and shit...but my question is this is it safe to order seeds from over seas to the us? I mean can they trace that back to me? Will it bring heat on me for ordering seeds? And if i get them will they be what they said...

what about watering i put new soil and everything it is almost completley dried but it was way over watered i just got holes in the bottom i didnt think it was that big of deal but it obviously is...so should i go ahead and water the new soil or just wait and let it have time to adjust to the...
